Text-message forms
The Schedule a Repair and General Message forms prepare a message on your device. The information is not sent to us until you choose to send it through your phone's messaging app. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data rates may apply.
Sharing and selling
The website code does not send form or chat entries to advertising networks or data brokers. When you send a text or place a call, your messaging app and telecommunications providers process that communication. Information you send to the business becomes part of your service correspondence. Maps and third-party services
The Service Area page includes an embedded Google map. Google may receive standard device, browser, network, or cookie information when the map loads. Texts you send are separate records in the messaging systems used by you and the business. Do not send payment-card details or other sensitive information through these forms. Hosting and cookies
The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security events to deliver and protect the site. The supplied website code does not include advertising analytics or set its own cookies. Third-party services, including the embedded map, may use their own technologies.
