Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 14, 2026
These terms apply to this website and to repair services provided by USA Appliance Repair. A written estimate, invoice, or warranty provided for a specific job controls if it conflicts with these general terms.
Service requests and appointments
A website form, text, call, or appointment request does not guarantee an appointment or create a final repair agreement. Service is confirmed only after we accept the request and agree on availability. Arrival times may be provided as a window and may change because of traffic, job conditions, parts availability, weather, or other circumstances.
Diagnosis and estimates
A service-call or diagnostic fee may apply and will be disclosed before the visit. Repair estimates are based on information reasonably available at the time. Hidden damage, incorrect model information, discontinued parts, or additional faults may change the work or price. We will request authorization before performing work beyond the approved scope.
Parts, deposits, and payment
Special-order parts may require a deposit. Payment timing, any deposit, and accepted payment methods should be confirmed in the estimate or job agreement before work is authorized. Part availability, delivery dates, colors, revisions, and manufacturer substitutions are outside our direct control. Applicable refund or cancellation terms will be stated on the estimate, invoice, or receipt.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, appliance, model, and problem information.
- Ensure an adult authorized to approve work is present or reachable.
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance, utilities, and work area.
- Secure pets and remove fragile or obstructing items.
- Disclose known electrical, gas, water, pest, structural, or environmental hazards.
Repair limitations
Some appliances may be unsafe, uneconomical, inaccessible, altered, or unable to be repaired because parts or technical information are unavailable. We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope. A diagnosis identifies the most reasonably supported cause at that time; separate or later failures may require additional diagnosis and authorization.
Warranty
Ask for the applicable parts and labor warranty in writing before approving a repair. Any specific duration, coverage, or exclusions should be stated in your job documents. This website does not establish a blanket warranty duration or remove any warranty or consumer right provided by applicable law.
Website information
Website content is general information and is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis. Brand names identify appliances we may service; USA Appliance Repair is an independent repair provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.
Consumer rights and service concerns
If you have a service concern, contact us with your job number and a description so we can review it. These website terms do not waive or limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law. Simply browsing this website does not authorize a repair or a charge.
Governing law and changes
Massachusetts law governs these terms, without limiting any non-waivable consumer right. We may update these website terms, and the effective date above will identify the current version.
